I recognise that while my local branch (Chapter) may be affiliated to Harley Owner Group, it remains a separate independent entity responsible for it's own and/or omission.

I agree that the Sponsoring Dealership, The Harley Owner Group, Harley Davidson Inc, and my local branch (Chapter) shall not be liable or responsible for damage to property or any injury to persons including myself during any H.O.G activities even where the damage or injury is caused by negligence (except wilful neglect).

I understand and agree that all Harley Group members participate in activities at their own risk.

All the information supplied on this form, will be solely used by the Thames Valley UK Chapter and will not be used for any other purpose than for said Chapter.

The Downloading and completion of this Membership Form is acceptance of the above conditions.
