As some of you may have heard through the "rumble" vine, Trish unfortunately required that we needed to test our newly trained "first bike on scene road crew" in the forms of Don W, Nij, Phil and Richard A shortly after the Thatchers Arms charity day organised by Phil on Monday finished!
The well oiled drill and training went into action; secure the safety of the injured party; ensure all vital parts working; secure the road both ways and await the arrival of the "blues and twos".
On a serious note, Trish is OK and a broken wrist, a fractured pelvis and two nights in hospital now seems to be the extent of the damage and she will be home later today for some rest and TLC from Nij.
Trish, we all wish you a speedy recovery from your injuries and look forward to seeing you out and about as soon as possible.
