Sofer updates 5-8-09
The weekend is nearly here!!!
First day of set up is complete with Don W and his helpers doing a fantastic job, a few are tents up and ready for tomorrow evening.
Hogsback are having their chapter night at Bisley so do go and say hello! They start at 19:00
The gazebo and BBQ are in place so those who wish to do so can gather in that area bring some food and drink, cook and be very merry!
A massive thank you to Toby and Sue Lagus who have donated the BBQ to the chapter for Sofer and future events we hold - it took Kathy, Lee and I some time to assemble and it is very good indeed. Thanks again Toby / Sue

Sofer updates 22-7-09
All tickets now sold out - so will be a great event!!!
Chapter arrangements (in outline) are
- Doors open at 10:00 and we are helping manning the registration area
- we are marking off an area down below the check in area where TV members can put tents and have their camping area
- we will be setting up on Wednesday and Thursday and Don W would appreciate all the help he can get on those days - please help if you can!
- helpers will be able to pitch tents and have food and drinks in one of the shooting lodges / hotel for the Thursday night
- we will have a small gazebo / marquee where we can gather over the weekend for drinks etc
- plans are afoot to have a couple of gas BBQ's for those camping and have an informal, bring your own food / self catering BBQ over the weekend.
- Sainsburys is just a short hop / ride down the road for supplies of food and drink.
- No formal ride out down to the event with eveyone arriving at different times
- we are organising the ride out on Saturday - all road crew required for the practice run out this Sunday so all know what to do and where we are going - meet at Wamdsad - watch the website !

SOFER Updates.
The latest on Sofer is that ticket sales update as of this morning Total sold 1405 expected sell out by mid July.
So it looks as though the last opportunity to get some tickets will be club night this week and may be the last

SOFER Updates.
58% of Tickets sold already looks like being an early sell out. So please ensure your tickets as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment.
New lines of SOFER clothing by mail order due to be released on SOFER web site at reduced rates for pre rally ordering. Please see Don W !!

Tickets for SOFER 2009
Tickets for SOFER 2009 will be on sale from 1st April at club nights and Saturdays between 02:00 & 04:00pm at the dealership.
These do go very quickly and we are limited in numbers again this year - so do get yours in good time to ensure you can join us at OUR event
You must be a paid up member of HOG to purchase Tickets.
HOG Membership cards are checked when tickets are collected.
