Ace Cafe.

Hi everyone, Please note for the Winter we will still go provided it's not raining or freezing!!!I'm planning to lead regular runs up to the Ace, last Thursday each month (Harley Night) subject to the weather. We meet in Winnersh @ the layby next to the old Texaco Petrol Stn by the traffic lights opposite Sainsburys, @ 7pm. From there we go to the A4- A404 to Handycross r/a and to High Wycombe & to Hazelmere to Beaconsfield then join the A40 all the way to Hanger Lane. We can arrange pickups anywhere along the route, if anyone wants to join us. The more the merrier. Next time : 30/10/08.
During the winter period it is rather inpratical to go via the above mentioned route therefore i propose to go via the M4 motorway until otherwise advised.

Ace cafe run

Hello one and all,

My name is Carll, and I am a brand new member of the Harley world, and of course Thames Valley Chapter. So, please bear with me, as I do not intend to offend anyone!
As last night ( Thursday 27th March) was dry, I decided to take my Nightster for a run there. I have been going to the Ace for the last four or five years, monthly for the classic car night, and occasionaly for the Spring and Summer riot nights.
It was a good turnout for March, with a good selection of classic Harleys, modern models, and a big chopper too.
I will be working away at the end of next month, so I won't be able to make that one, but I would try and make the next one if a group is heading there.
Anyway, if you see a fatter version of someone looking like Lawernce D'Gaglio, wobbling on a orange and black Nightster, its me, Carl!

The business trip I going on has moved to the last week, so hopefully I will be able to make it to the club night, and the Ace, depending on work limits!
